The Shropshire Agreed Syllabus provides teachers with end of phase outcomes for the end of each key stage.
Teachers use the key questions in each unit of work to establish what individual pupils know and can do. They do this by questioning and discussion and looking at pupils’ work.
The units of work build upon prior learning so making end of unit teacher assessment judgements helps us to see pupils’ progress.
